Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Information We Collect

Account and contact information

• Name, email address and phone number, when you create an account or contact us through our forms.
• If you sign in with Facebook, we receive your name, profile picture and email address from Facebook. We use these only to create and identify your account.

Subscription and payment information

• When you purchase a care package, your payment is processed securely by a third-party payment service provider licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan and certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We do not collect or store your card or bank details.

Health and fitness data

To personalise your care, we collect health data you choose to share or connect, including:

• Data from connected platforms such as Apple Health, Health Connect and Samsung Health: steps, calories burned, exercise types, sleep and heart rate.
• Glucose readings from connected continuous glucose monitors (CGMs).
• Health information you or your care team enter, such as weight, blood glucose, blood pressure, meals and prescriptions.

You can connect or disconnect any device or platform at any time. When you disconnect a source, we stop collecting data from it immediately.

Usage and device information

• Device type, operating system, app interactions, crash reports and approximate (region-level) location based on IP address.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Personalise your care plan, including nutrition, fitness and diabetes management.
• Track your progress and provide insights in the app.
• Connect you with consultant doctors and allied care professionals.
• Send reminders and health alerts.
• Improve our platform using aggregated, anonymised data.

We never use your health or fitness data for advertising, and we never sell it. Data from Apple Health (HealthKit) and Health Connect is used only to provide health features in the app.

AI Assistant

Our in-app assistant provides general wellness guidance and personalised support.

• To tailor its replies, the assistant uses relevant information from your profile, such as your health and fitness data.
• To generate responses, your messages and relevant profile data are processed by third-party AI providers that we select. These providers may change over time and may be located outside your country. We only use providers that are bound to use the data solely to provide the service to us.
• The assistant is available only to signed-in users and can only access your own data.
• The assistant provides general information and is not a substitute for advice from your doctor.
• You can request deletion of your assistant conversation history at any time.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as described below.

• Your care team: consultant doctors and allied care professionals connected to you through our platform. These professionals are independent and do not work for Jeetay Raho; we act as an aggregator.
• Service providers: companies that help us run our services, including:
  • Cloud hosting and authentication (Google Firebase).
  • Analytics (Google Analytics and PostHog).
  • Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics).
  • Payment processing.
  • AI providers, as described under AI Assistant.
• They may only use your data to provide services to us.
• Meta (Facebook): if you use Facebook Login, Facebook shares your profile information with us as described above. Our app also uses the Meta SDK to record app installs, which helps us measure our advertising. We never share health data with Meta.
• Legal requirements: where required by law, as described under Requests from Public Authorities.

International Data Transfers

Our service providers may store or process your data on servers outside your country, including outside Pakistan. Where this happens, we use providers with industry-standard security and contractual safeguards.

Data Retention and Deletion

• We keep your account and health data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide your care.
• Analytics and crash data are kept according to our providers’ retention policies, and are anonymised where possible.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page in the app, or by emailing contactus@jeetayraho.com. We will permanently delete your personal and health data within 30 days of your request, except where we are legally required to keep certain records.
• Facebook data: deleting your account also deletes any data we received through Facebook Login. You can also remove Jeetay Raho from your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.

Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard measures, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest.
• Strict access controls.
• Regular security reviews.

If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will notify you and take steps to reduce any risk.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and data from the Settings page in the app.
• Receive a copy of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time, including by disconnecting health sources.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Complain to your local data protection authority.

We process your health data based on your consent. To exercise any of these rights, email contactus@jeetayraho.com.

Requests from Public Authorities

If we receive a request from a government or public authority for personal data, we review it to confirm it is lawful and valid. If a request appears unlawful or excessive, we will seek legal advice and challenge it where appropriate. We disclose only the minimum data legally required and keep a record of each request and our response.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app.
