By using JEETAY RAHO’s diabetes management mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.
The App is designed to provide you with personalized health insights and support for managing your diabetes. The App provides tools and resources for tracking your glucose levels, medication, and other relevant health information. The App is not intended to replace professional medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for the advice of a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider.
To use the App, you must create a user account and provide us with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you should immediately change your password and notify us.
The App and its content are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark laws in Pakistan. You agree not to copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our express permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability. This may include termination for violating these Terms or for other reasons as determined by us in our sole discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
YOU AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
At Jeetay Raho, we understand the importance of timely delivery for our customers. To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, we have partnered with reliable third-party delivery services. Our delivery policy is outlined below:
Delivery Time: We strive to deliver your products within 1-3 business days after your order has been confirmed. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within this timeframe, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as logistics, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Partners: We work with reputable third-party delivery services to ensure that your products are delivered safely and on time. By partnering with these services, we are able to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience.
Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide during the checkout process is accurate and complete. Jeetay Raho is not responsible for any delays or additional charges that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Missed Deliveries: If our delivery partner is unable to complete the delivery due to your unavailability, they may attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery time. If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your order may be returned to us, and you may be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
By placing an order with Jeetay Raho, you agree to our delivery policy and understand that we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the specified timeframe. However, Jeetay Raho Pvt Ltd cannot be held liable for delays that occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
At Jeetay Raho, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. However, we understand that there may be instances where you might want to return a product or service purchased through our platform. In such cases, our return policy is as follows:
a) If you received a damaged or defective product, please inform our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
b) If you are not satisfied with a non-digital product purchased through our platform, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is in its original packaging and unused condition.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for digital products or services unless they are defective or not as described.
At Jeetay Raho, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services. If you encounter any issues or are not satisfied with a purchase made through our platform, please refer to our refund policy outlined below:
- Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement upon reviewing the issue. If you wish to return a non-digital product due to a change of mind, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is in its original packaging and unused condition. We will issue a refund upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Services and Digital Products: Refunds for subscription-based services can be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund. For other digital products, refunds may be granted if the product is defective or not as described. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your concerns and request a refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis. We may decline a refund request if we determine that the product or service has been used or accessed extensively or if the request falls outside the terms of our refund policy.

However, Jeetay Raho Pvt Ltd cannot be held liable for issues that are beyond our control or do not fall within the terms of our refund policy.
